Join us in Celebrating Wellness this week with a variety of FREE activities for kids and adults
Monday 23rd September - Gardening for Kids
11am - 2pm outside Commonwealth Bank
Fun and educational as kids learn about growing food that is good for them and the environment. Each child will decorate a seed carry bag and plant a king purple bean to take home.
Tuesday 24th & Wednesday 25th September - Yoga for Kids
3 x 20 minute sessions daily - 11am, 12pm & 1.20pm outside Commonwealth Bank
Kids will enjoy physical activity in a fun, interactive way including music, roleplay and of course, some sun salutations!
Wednesday 25th September - Coffee with a Cop
10am - 11am

Thursday 26th: A Chef's Guide to Sustainability
Join Ben, a chef, environmentalist and social entrepreneur as he combines these passions into this cooking workshop.
Ben and his team at the Social Food Project will go through top five tips on how to be a sustainable foodie (planning, shopping, cooking, eating and reducing waste) Come along to learn all the cooking tips in the kitchen with easy to make at home recipes and delicious FREE samples!
Friday 27th: The Zero Waste Kitchen
Learn how to get more out of your weekly shop with chef, Ben McMenamin from the Social Food Project. Learn how to reduce food waste at home through food preservation techniques (we will make a range of pickles, relishes and jams). Be the first 50 to take a seat and receive food samples and take home recipes.
Saturday 28th: Healthy Gut, Healthy Human
Stuck for healthy dinner inspiration? Join us to learn how to cultivate health through the food we eat (focus on fermented, high fibre foods). All the ingredients that our chef will utilise will be from our fresh food operators - meaning you after you sample the delicious products you will know exactly where to purchase the ingredients for yourself. Be the first 50 to take a seat and receive food samples and take home recipes.
